how come there is not on your list the tourist house ghiberti B&B?
My husband and I have jus been to FLorence in Italy for a week. There, we discovered a wonderful place to stay in. it is called The Tourist House Ghiberti B&B. It is right in the city centre near the Duomo. The owners (a young couple) are definitely nice with their guests. they helped us in many things as buying tickets for museum, booking some train tickets to Rome. We really appreciated our stay with them.The rooms are also very cosy and not really expensive.
I would advice you to get in touch with them to make their hotel be known. I am sure your website visitors will also appreciate this place.
